Refund policy

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Full-price items: Log in to your account, open the order and submit a return request. A return label will be provided.

Eligible sale, archive and sample items: Contact sales@edwardcuming.com.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns must be dispatched within 14 days of the return request.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Refunds may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by wear, damage, marks or missing packaging.

Return costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund.

For returns from outside the European Union, any customs processing fees incurred may also be deducted.

Standard original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable. Where not required by law, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Final sale

European Union and United Kingdom: Sale, promotional, archive and sample items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

All other destinations: Sale, promotional, archive and sample items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. Return the original item and place a new order. Shipping on the replacement order will be reimbursed on request.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected, within the timeframe required by applicable law. Bank processing times may vary.

Return shipping, customs processing fees and any permitted deductions will be deducted from the refund.
