Orders are usually dispatched within two business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays or customs clearance.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the relevant order threshold is reached.

Taxes and duties

European Union
VAT is included. No additional duties or taxes apply.

United Kingdom and United States
Taxes and duties are included. Nothing further is due on delivery.

All other destinations
Local import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Refused or unclaimed orders

Refusing delivery or failing to collect an order does not constitute an authorised return.

If the parcel is returned to us, any shipping, customs, storage or re-importation costs incurred will be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law. If these costs equal or exceed the refundable amount, no refund will be due.

This does not apply where the failed delivery or refusal results from an error on our part.
